Objectives
To learn to perform a complex analysis of a company's situation against a backdrop of continual change.
- To apply the knowledge acquired in the master's degree in an integrated manner through the development of a business plan.
- To acquire the capacity to design strategies, define objectives, plan and implement actions coherent with the business plan established.
- To learn management techniques and methods in order to take quality decisions in the face of different outcomes.
- To develop the ability to coordinate and lead teams.
- To develop the skills needed to perform successfully in a professional capacity.

Entrepreneurs, businessmen, managers and experienced professionals working in intermediate positions in different business areas wishing to acquire the knowledge and skills to enter the business world with a global overview of business culture in today's changing and competitive business environment.Admission requirements: university degree, diploma or equivalent university qualification.
Access requirements and conditions
