- Senior profiles with experience in human resources who wish to work in intermediate positions or positions of responsibility/management of human resources.- Directors of human resources development and training or Personnel managers who want to reinforce and improve their professional skills.
- Consultants who would like to acquire a more in-depth understanding of development issues.
- Other professionals working in human resources in organizations.
Access requirements and conditions
