Objectives

- Address animal-assisted interventions in a comprehensive way, from their conception to practice, as a supporting resource in professional compliance, training professionals to design and develop projects independently in the work environment or as a business unit. - In addition, the course addresses the research and production of scientific literature on domestic animal-assisted interventions.

Recommended applicant profile

Graduates in psychology, pedagogy, social education, social work, physiotherapy, nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, early childhood and primary education or veterinary medicine. Other qualifications in related fields that may be of interest in dog and cat assisted therapy.
