- Directors the human resource development and training or personnel managers who want to reinforce and improve their professional skills.- Consultants who want to delve deeper into issues of job happiness and well-being.
- Professionals or entrepreneurs in the areas of human resources, organizational management, diversity, gender and inclusion, sustainability, corporate affairs, and in general, members of people-centred organizational environments, interested in issues to improve the well-being management for people or work teams in companies or institutions.
- People who would like to explore the diversity map of their organization.
English level B2 (some required texts and videos are in English).
Access requirements and conditions
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.Pre-enrolment
