Objectives and competences

This microcredential, led by the AQR-Lab Laboratory of the University of Barcelona (with the support of SEPE, SOC and Lanbide) enables the improvement of technical competencies in the analysis and evaluation of employment programmes. The training arises from the real demand for professionals in the sector and responds to the need to deepen the practical mastery of quantitative data processing applied to the evaluation of public employment policies. Throughout the course, you learn to use free software (R) to apply statistical and econometric techniques such as linear and logistic regressions, propensity score matching, difference-in-differences, etc.
