Objectives
- Explore the different forms of collaboration between companies and educational centres, such as work-based learning, dual training and professional placements.
- Identify strategies to attract, train and adapt young talent to the specific needs of the company.
- Promote talent retention through early and meaningful engagement via the vocational training system.
- Improve alignment between the training offer and labour market demand through active participation in the education system.
- Promote the continuous re-qualification of staff and the incorporation of updated professional profiles within the company.

- Executives, human resources managers, heads of training and innovation and other professionals from companies interested in collaboration with the vocational training system.- Internship instructors, shared tutors, professional guidance counsellors from the administration, and teachers from dual vocational training centres, such as pedagogical coordinators and practical tutors.
Access requirements and conditions
