Objectives

To train people specialising in prevention, detection, research and intervention in workplace situations, with special attention to gender violence and discrimination, sexual orientation and gender identity.

Recommended applicant profile

Responsible for equality diversity and HR in companies and Adm. Pcas. Lawyers, compliance, risk prevention and assories, management and freelance. Psychologists and social workers. People with victim support functions or organizational climate analysis.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
