Objectives and competences

Objectives

To train professionals capable of remembering and understanding the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence in the context of the AECO sector, critically analyzing its applications, ethical implications and transformative potential. Students are expected to be able to apply AI techniques and tools, such as machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing and generative design, in real and complex projects of digital construction and urban management.

Throughout the training, participants will have to analyze and evaluate digital solutions integrated into methodologies such as BIM and digital twins, using data, algorithms and computational interfaces to optimize design, work and operation processes. Finally, students will be challenged to create innovative solutions, developing tools, automations or intelligent systems that respond to the real demands of the sector, demonstrating autonomy, multidisciplinary collaboration and a firm commitment to sustainability and ethics in the construction of urban environments.
