Objectives and competences

Objectives

- To acquire a 360° vision of the role of human resources within organizations.
- To understand how the role of human resources has evolved given that it is an active agent of change and that it must play an important role in business strategies (as business partner).
- To be capable of understanding business strategy and proposing an organizational structure for a human resources department, considering the areas that should be covered.
- To understand what a balanced scorecard is and what it is used for in human resources.
- To understand the labour relations system as a key instrument in business strategy.
- To learn to use specific tools for the efficient management of labour disputes.
- To understand the true impact of culture, mission and values in organizations and learn how to build them.
- To learn to manage diversity and inclusion at all levels and in all areas of activity of the organization.
- To learn to enhance the employee experience through the concept of the employee journey, promoting greater involvement and commitment.
-To learn to integrate human resources tools and techniques to attract, develop and retain talent.

Applicant profile and access requirements

Recommended applicant profile

- Human resources professionals who have some training related to this field, such as psychology, sociology, labour relations, labour law or business administration, with a minimum of one year's work experience in the field, and who are interested in developing professionally in the direction and management of human resources and its various areas: attraction and development of talent, training, internal communication, compensation, etc.
- Professionals in the field of HR, who, if they do not hold an academic degree related to the subject, will have to prove a minimum of two years of experience in HR departments.
- In any case, the master's degree directors will carry out a selection process so you must submit an up-to-date curriculum. In addition, the directors of the master's degree may conduct a personal interview with the candidate (applicants should attach a letter of recommendation).

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
