Undoubtedly, the elements that make the difference in organizations are talent and people, because without them it is not possible to specify business plans in results. In this context, this course aims to dimension the role of attracting and acquiring talent to place it at the center of the strategy, make available to participants the most effective methods, techniques and tools and share real cases of companies explained by their protagonists.

Objectives

Know in depth the strategies, techniques, methodologies and tools for personnel selection to improve the attraction, management and loyalty of talent to organizations.

Applicant profile and access requirements

Recommended applicant profile

- University graduates who have completed some training related to human resources, such as Psychology, Sociology, Labour Relations, Labour Law or Business Administration, and who have accredited experience of at least one year in human resources.
- Professionals in the field of HR, who, if they do not hold an academic degree related to the subject, will have to prove a minimum of two years of experience in HR departments.

In any case, the program management carries out a selection process in which the presentation of an updated curriculum is required, in addition to evaluating the possibility of a personal interview with the candidate (it is recommended to attach a letter of recommendation).

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
