Objectives
- To acquire a general understanding of nutritional status at a family, community, national and international level, exploring how malnutrition can be prevented or reduced in the absence of sufficient economic development through public and private intervention.
- To understand current challenges in food safety.

Students and professionals with experience, training or a general interest in the main challenges of nutrition and food safety, with a focus on low- and middle-income countries.Access requirements and conditions
