Objectives and competences
This master's degree is based on the methodology of practice-based learning with the aim that students are able to write attractive and well-constructed stories, favouring and enhancing the creative capacities and voice of each person. Students obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to work on fiction, documentary or entertainment audiovisual projects, from the hands of a teaching staff made up of screenwriters with recognized careers and university experts and through comprehensive training that allows them to face a successful professional career. The course is offered in face-to-face and online mode.

Objectives
- Develop an adequate knowledge of audiovisual discourses and apply it to script writing.
- Identify the characteristics of the different audiovisual genres and formats and their implications in audiovisual writing.
- Write characters, scenes and sequences and dialogues for scripts in all kinds of audiovisual formats.
- Develop creative skills applied to script writing based on a deep knowledge of audiovisual culture.
- Analyse the role of the script in the audiovisual industry.
- Create audiovisual projects of fiction, non-fiction or entertainment, taking into account their feasibility.

Recommended applicant profile
- Graduates with qualifications in areas of communication, languages and humanities, fine arts and philology, and other studies relating to audiovisual and literary creation who wish to work in the audiovisual world.Access requirements and conditions
