Objectives
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive and participatory school culture through distributed leadership, the cohesion of teaching teams, positive coexistence and the responsible use of communication and digital technologies.

Recommended applicant profile
- Active school principals who need to update, expand and strengthen their skills to effectively lead and manage educational teams and projects and implement strategic changes in their schools.- Members of management teams of education centres, and other positions with managerial and coordination functions, who need to develop leadership and management skills.
- Professionals with experience in education management functions who need to adapt to the new regulatory, technological and pedagogical demands of the present and with a view to the future.
Access requirements and conditions
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.Pre-enrolment
