The care process for cardiovascular patients, due to its peculiarities and high complexity, requires that nursing professionals have specific training in order to be able to offer comprehensive care in all areas. Objectives and competences
Objectives
- To maintain up-to-date knowledge of both medical specializations.
- To promote nursing professionals' reflection on the application of nursing care in daily practice on the basis of a review of theoretical principles.
Through arrhythmia workshops, provide tools and methods for rapid identification of the main heart arrhythmias and standards for nursing professionals to follow in each situation.
- Share concerns and experiences between professionals who have different degrees of expertise from a range of hospitals.
- Capture talent and new nursing professionals and introduce them to this area.
