Objectives and competences
The Master's Degree in Finance and Investment Banking aims to enable students to learn about a wide range of operations: processes for buying and selling companies, advising private equity funds, advising the management team on leverage operations (LBOs), among others. Offering solutions for financial decision-making in all cases. This master's degree accredits the appropriate qualification to inform and provide investment advice according to MiFID II, included in the CNMV's list of securities, as it meets the requirements of section 8 of Technical Guide 4/2017.

Objectives
- Preparation for professional practice in activities related to finance, the handling of instruments and methodologies, and the development and financing of skills to carry out, effectively and efficiently, investment, divestment and financing decision-making
- Improve the understanding of financial aspects, drive selected investment-divestment decisions and propose data for the prediction and control of the business.
- Adequate preparation for the professional exercise of activities related to the financial department of the company, providing them with advanced and technical knowledge in the area of finance to develop a successful professional career in the future that will allow them to occupy positions of responsibility.
