Objectives
- To gain essential knowledge in management and digital transformation applied to establishments that are combinations of restaurants and shops selling food items and other products.
- To gain knowledge of the specific factors required to manage these mixed establishments that combine the activities of restaurants and shops.

Recommended applicant profile
- Active professionals who want to train themselves to develop management skills in catering and retail establishments, especially in spaces/businesses that combine both activities.- Candidates who are already working in this sector, but wish further their careers.
- Other active professionals in business management who need to specialise in areas of catering and the retail trade.
Access requirements: Interview with the course director, and submission of a curriculum vitae and statement of interest.
Access requirements and conditions
