Objectives and competences

This programme helps to develop team management and coordination skills and resources needed to achieve integrated care with social services, health services and community health services. Its aim is to optimize the training of social and health professionals in a joint and coordinated manner, achieving more effective and better quality people-centred care.

Objectives and competences

Objectives

- Understand new healthcare policies and of social services, with new tools and conciliatory models in patient care.
- To acquire the knowledge, techniques and skills needed to manage and lead professional teams, projects, resources and integrated social, health and community processes in organizations.
- To examine and learn about interdisciplinary work of professionals and key experiences in integrated care projects in the regions.
- Acquire skills in innovation and use of new technologies, strategies and business management tools.
- To contact and discuss with relevant personalities and managers of the social and health services system.
- At the end of the master's degree, they must have an ISSA management project applied to the reality of a healthcare centre or territory with the collaboration of companies or institutions.

Recommended applicant profile

Professionals in the direct care of people, who have or want to carry out coordination, direction or project management functions in primary care, hospital care, basic or specialized social services and who want to understand or deepen their knowledge of territorial care management and the coordination of professional teams, resources and services:

- Professionals from primary care centres and residential care homes and home care providers.
- Heads or directors of basic social care teams (EBAS), home care services, basic social services centres, day and residential centres to care for dependent people.
- Heads of medical services and units and of hospital nursing, healthcare services and mental health services.
- Managers and coordinators of customer support services, CUAP, regional emergencies, PADES, referral units and regional bodies.
- Community and primary care pharmacists.
- Professionals from public institutions and private institutions and companies, providers of health services and social services for people in situations of dependence.

Observations23 days of face-to-face learning, from 10 a.m. to 6.15 p.m. It is a blended program, with the option of attending face-to-face sessions remotely for students who reside outside the proximity of the training venue.
