Objectives and competences
This expert degree offers comprehensive training on the administrative power to sanction, its constitutional guarantees and its principles of application, the system of infractions and sanctions, the rights of the accused persons, the processing of administrative sanctioning procedures and the form of control in administrative and judicial channels. Special attention is paid to the sanctioning regime of local entities. Aimed at civil servants and authorities who instruct and resolve administrative sanctioning procedures and lawyers who defend those presumed responsible through administrative and judicial appeals.
