Objectives and competences
Objectives
- To examine its constitutional guarantees and its principles of application.
- To know the basic features of the system of infractions and sanctions in different areas.
- Determine the scope of the rights of the persons allegedly responsible
- To know the functionality of the procedures of administrative sanctioning procedures
- Examine the main means of control in administrative and judicial channels
- To provide general training in administrative justice litigation to file administrative and judicial appeals

Aimed exclusively at students of the Master's Degree in Legal Practice and Solicitation of the UB, who wish to specialize in the field of Administrative Law and who wish to obtain a complementary degree.Access requirements and conditions
