Objectives and competences
Objectives
- To develop various approaches to understanding individual, group and organizational systems.
- To acquire experience in the use of tools and methodologies for ethical practice as a coach in a variety of settings.
- To put into practice with coaches the tools and methodologies studied during the course.
- To know about the origins of the knowledge and tools used in the coaching and personal leadership process.

Recommended applicant profile
- University degree holders: degree or diploma holders of different knowledge areas.- Anyone without a university degree: admission to the courses is considered for people assessed as suitable for their personal and professional career and who do not have a previous university degree, who obtain a higher university diploma issued by the University of Barcelona at the end of the course.
Access requirements and conditions
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.Pre-enrolment
