The Expert course in Technopolitics and Rights in the Digital Age at the University of Barcelona is designed to train versatile and proactive professionals in the new models of strategic action that emerge in the information age. This program provides the necessary tools to develop effectively in the current environment, developing and leading new forms of organization and action in sectors in constant transformation.

Understand the new context through the direct experience of experts.
Apply the knowledge acquired with the constant support of a tutor.
Acquire the capacity for short- and long-term analysis and autonomy in the design of transformative strategic actions.

Recommended applicant profile

Sociologists, political scientists, anthropologists or historians of the contemporary era, journalists, lawyers, political and technical cadres, artists, professionals, entrepreneurs, computer scientists, economists, activists, researchers and academics, managers of the third sector and companies or organizations in processes of transformation. Applicants with no formal university qualification will also be considered.

It does not require previous technological knowledge, since one of its objectives is precisely to adapt the skills of the participants to the current scenario.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
