Objectives and competences
This course offers a unique educational experience with a sustainable and innovative approach. Through face-to-face training in specialized classrooms and a learning by doing methodology, students access immersive learning in the world of wine and develop sensory analysis skills of drinks and other products, with an emphasis on the organoleptic tasting of all types of national and international wines, pairing, the elaboration of the menu and the wine service.
