Objectives and competences
Objectives
- Provide students with both a general and a specific understanding of the restaurant business, and to furnish them with the necessary skills to manage companies in this sector.
- Gain the knowledge required to adopt positions of team leadership in different areas of accommodation.
- Learn management techniques for different fields associated with the hotel industry that contribute to the implementation of suitable management models for different organizations.

- People who want to work in the hotel sector.- This course is also aimed at those who are already working in this sector, but wish to retrain.
Access requirements: An interview with the director of training.
Access requirements and conditions
