Objectives and competences
This blended training combines online theoretical resources that use the most innovative digital tools with the support of expert teachers and practical sessions in the specialized classrooms of CETT-UB. The course makes use of a modular structure that allows maximum flexibility, in which the basics of sommelier training are taught together with new knowledge about national wine culture, viticulture, oenology, wine and beverage tasting, wine pairing and wine service.
