Objectives and competences

Collaborative law is an alternative conflict resolution mechanism that is becoming consolidated worldwide. Trained lawyers accompany their clients in the process of jointly building satisfactory solutions for all parties involved, taking care of their real interests. Therefore, clients become the protagonists in the management of their conflicts, and legal professionals assist and advise them to obtain agreements. Practice shows that it is a highly valued procedure by users, with a very high success rate.
