Objectives and competences

The aim of this course is to provide students with the basic knowledge needed to cut gems in a simple way, to make students familiar with the equipment used to make the cuts and to help them know how to use it and maintain it. The course has a duration of 24 hours, corresponding to 1 ECTS credit, and is intended for both professionals and amateurs interested in knowing how to cut gems.
