Objectives and competences

This course is specifically aimed at inmates and ex-inmates of the Quatre Camins Penitentiary Centre with difficulties in social and labour insertion, offering training on basic cooking techniques with the aim of providing them with future professional experience in the hospitality-kitchen sector, one of the work areas that enjoys a certain economic flow.

Inmates and ex-inmates of the CIRE Penitential Centres with difficulties in social and labour insertion and in need of technical training.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
