Objectives and competences
This basic project management course is aimed at graduates, predoctoral fellows and postdoctoral fellows in bachelor's degrees in the field of health sciences who want to apply the knowledge obtained during their academic career to the development of pharmaceutical and biomedical products with the aim of promoting their employability.
The course allows students to acquire basic project management skills in the pharmaceutical and biomedical environment, get to know the companies in the sector, build a network of professional contacts and access a job bank and in-company contracts once they have passed the selection process carried out by the companies.

Objectives
- To acquire basic knowledge of the management of biomedical or biotechnological research projects, specifically in the fields of preclinical and clinical research of new drugs or health products, to gain the skills and competences required to join the job market as a project manager.
Specific objectives:
- Acquire training in project management in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector.
- To gain familiarity with the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector in the region.
- To gain access to the professional world through a work placement in companies.

Observations | At the end of the teaching period, students can choose to undertake paid placements in companies in the sector. The companies are responsible for the placement student selection process. The final decision will always depend on both parties: the student and the company. |
