The Permanent Training Master in Assisted Therapy with Dogs and Cats, the RACÓ DE MILU-ESCOLA ITINERE, through the Institute of Continuous Training of the University of Barcelona, ??​​ offers you the possibility to this specialized training adapted to intervention, health, social and socio-educational contexts, from a new perspective: assisted intervention with dogs and cats.

- Address in a comprehensive way animal-assisted interventions, from their conception to practice, as a supporting resource in professional compliance, training professionals to design and develop projects independently in the work environment or as a business unit. - In addition, the course addresses the research and production of scientific literature on domestic animal-assisted interventions.

Recommended applicant profile

Graduates in psychology, education, social education, social work, physiotherapy, nursing, occupational therapy, logopedics, early childhood and primary education, or veterinary science, as well as graduates in other related subject areas who have a specific interest in animal-assisted therapy with cats and dogs.
