Objectives and competences
The Master's in Digital Marketing and Innovation offers complete training to face the challenges of today's marketing. Students will learn to define digital strategies, develop effective campaigns and optimize customer acquisition and conversion. Students will acquire key skills in the creation of omni-channel strategies and the analysis of Customer Journey. The course includes modules on innovation, MarTech, AI, business intelligence and digital transformation that prepare students to take leading roles in the future of marketing in digital environments.

- To understand concepts and to apply a digital perspective to today's marketing.
- To design digital marketing strategies to meet the organization's objectives.
- To create digital plans and actions based in data and information.
- Develop the ability to work with current digital marketing tools.
- To measure, analyse and optimize the digital communication results.
- Know the methodologies for working with innovation models (open innovation, intra-entrepreneurship).
- Know how to incorporate technology within Marketing, achieving MARTECH level knowledge
- Understand and assimilate how to incorporate Artificial Intelligence in Marketing
- Understand the impact of Digital Transformation on organizations, people and processes.

- Professionals from companies in the areas of communication, publicity, marketing, sales or technology, as well as entrepreneurs who wish to develop skills within digital marketing and obtain new competences in this area, using the most innovative strategies in digital marketing.- University graduates with experience in design who wish to specialise in digital marketing.
Access requirements and conditions
