Objectives and competences
The activities derived from the Construction Project Manager have the fundamental purpose of harmoniously establishing the guidelines for the technical and administrative control of each of the phases that make up a Construction Project. The coordination of human resources, the control of inputs such as equipment, materials and financial resources, within the framework of a work schedule established from a plan previously approved by the project team and the promoting client, for to finally materialize the work in the stipulated time and without major financial deviations.

The course is intended for Ibero-American professionals in the sectors of architecture, civil engineering and infrastructure who would like to pursue a career as a project manager or update their knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of the international construction sector.Access requirements and conditions
