Objectives and competences
This program is designed to provide comprehensive and specialized training in dealing with addictions. With a practical, evidence-based approach, it provides the knowledge and tools needed to address addictions while integrating family therapy, trauma, and a gender perspective. The program explores key concepts in the field, from the fundamentals of addiction to the most advanced interventions, and develops skills in assessment, diagnosis and treatment.

Recommended applicant profile
- Graduates in social education, social work, pedagogy, psychology, psychopedagogy, sociology or anthropology, formal education teachers (of pupils up to 16 years old).- And practitioners of other social, healthcare or legal professions which may be involved in areas of work on addiction.
Access requirements and conditions
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.Pre-enrolment
