Objectives and competences
This postgraduate program is aimed at all those professionals interested in blue health and is designed to prioritize and thoroughly explore this emerging practice. Specialist modules in blue health, thalassotherapy, sea sports and the promotion of personal wellbeing are offered to integrate seawater into psychological well-being across a wide range of professional sectors, while investigating the deep connection between maritime practices, well-being mental and the use of the sea in various treatments in a transdisciplinary way. It is a unique opportunity to gain advanced training in this field.

Recommended applicant profile
- Psychology and mental health professionals, educators and environmental education professionals, sport and physical activity professionals, tourism and maritime leisure professionals, nutritionists and dietetic experts, health and fitness professionals, marine science students and researchers.- The possibility of entering is also foreseen for non-degreed students who, due to their professional or personal background, are considered to be in a position to follow the course. In this case, the degree that these students opt for is an advanced university diploma.
Access requirements and conditions
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.Pre-enrolment
