Objectives and competences
Acquire the generic and specific skills needed to carry out nursing management and leadership tasks in healthcare institutions and administrations, using scientific evidence and the skills needed to improve quality of care, clinical safety, staff training, optimized work systems, optimization of human and material resources and team leadership. Moreover, this course is aligned with various international strategic actions (such as the Nursing Now campaign, promoted by the International Council of Nurses and the World Health Organization).
