Objectives and competences
This postgraduate course provides in-depth knowledge of the characteristics and challenges of coordinating health emergencies and urgent care. The complexity of the immediacy of health care provided by the professionals of the SEM Coordination Centres requires specific training that allows them to acquire and develop the necessary skills such as identifying internal circuits and protocols, classifying the level of emergency., with the aim of providing an optimal response to demand with available resources.

Objectives
To acquire training in the coordination and management of healthcare emergencies.
- To be able to lead and manage in situations that pose a risk to the population.
To learn to identify the main emergency situations and provide the appropriate initial healthcare advice by telephone.
