Objectives and competences
Project management is one of the specialities currently most requested by organizations. The programme responds, from an eminently practical perspective, to the current need of companies to incorporate professionals specialized in project management, prepared to be in charge of projects in different areas and of different levels of complexity. Also, this master's degree provides the basis for successfully passing the PMI® Project Manager Professional (PMP®) certification exam.

Objectives and competences
Objectives
- To acquire the best knowledge base available worldwide on project management.
- To apply on real cases the techniques and tools associated to good practice in project management.
- To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their project management skills.
-To initiate, understand the requirements, design, plan, execute or implement, monitor and control and finally complete projects using the most suitable methodologies, techniques and tools in each case.
- To gain managerial skills and the competences required to lead and manage teams and others who are involved in the projects.
- To acquire the teamwork and leadership skills to undertake new projects and businesses.
- To get to know the most reputable international standards on Project Management (PMBOK®, ISO 21,500, IPMA, PRINCE 2, ITIL v3, Logical Framework, and the new Agile methods (SCRUM, XP, Kanban, etc.).
- To significantly strengthen the CV and consolidate the professional career as project manager.
- To acquire the expertise to pass the professional certification exams of PMI® (CAPM® or PMP®).

Recommended applicant profile
- The course is designed for experienced professionals who participate, or who would like to participate, in project development and management. Candidates are usually ambitious and are seeking to improve their skills so as at a future stage in their professional development they might take up posts of general or more specific managerial responsibility.- Graduates, diploma holders, and technical or higher engineers who do not have the required professional experience: each case will be considered individually.
- Professionals from the industrial, service and management areas.
Access requirements and conditions
