Academic pathway: holders of a bachelor's degree / pre-EHEA degree or diploma related to gastronomy, food sciences and/or health sciences, who will be eligible to receive a lifelong learning master's degree.Professional pathway: pastry/confectionery professionals with 2-3 years of accredited experience in restaurants, fine dining establishments, bakeries, hotels or relais & chateaux, or holders of diplomas in the area of haute cuisine, who will be eligible to receive an advanced university diploma.
Access requirements and conditions
