Objectives and competences

The construction project manager is the professional in charge of calibrating all these processes using techniques and methods of universal application combined with the management of new philosophies and technological tools BIM, LEAN, LEED, IPD and using their technical experience and administrative to control all the processes involved. Objectives

The objective of this programme is to integrate training in the most advanced concepts of project management and new trends relating to the processing of information and monitoring of resources using BIM methodology during the phases of programming and controlling projects, planning and management of a project conceived to obtain LEED certification, and joint application of the Lean Construction philosophy and IPD.

Aimed at Ibero-American professionals in the architecture, civil engineering, and infrastructures sector, who wish to become project managers with the competences required by the construction sector worldwide.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
