This practical Polish language course includes basic information about the socio-cultural reality and history of the country. The course is especially intended for students interested in studying in Poland within the Erasmus exchange programme, as well as within the programmes offered by the Polish government.

Objectives
- basic oral and written communication skills in Polish;
- a basic understanding of the socio-cultural reality of Poland and its cultural codes of communication in everyday contexts, especially in a university environment.

Recommended applicant profile
This course is intended for students who have some knowledge of Polish (minimum 40 hours) and who wish to acquire a basic level of the Polish language, as well as elementary knowledge of communication codes in Polish.Access requirements and conditions
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.Pre-enrolment
