The only postgraduate specialized in the strategy to internationalize an SME, emphasizing export/import management linked to marketing and international business. Complementary programmes are also available, such as participation in a simulation of direct export and import operations and the experience of solving a practical inter-modal transport case on board a Barcelona-Rome cruise.

Career opportunities:
- Consultants specialized in international businesses and in the design of internationalization strategies for small and medium-sized businesses).
- Asian or Latin American subsidiaries of European companies or vice versa.
A group of Asian, European and Latin American students will be formed to bring together the languages and cultures of these three important markets, with Barcelona acting as a bridge to join China with Latin America and the Euro-Mediterranean area.

Degree holders or professionals at companies in any country and in area business area who have an interest in international business consulting and internationalization of SMEs, opportunity identification in new markets, negotiations skills and market development for SMEs with international profiles.Access requirements and conditions

| Observations: | classes de dilluns a dijous, de 18:30 a 21:00, més seminaris opcionals. La Universitat ofereix la possibilitat d'establir un conveni de pràctiques formal amb cobertura legal amb una empresa. L'estudiant s'ha de fer càrrec de buscar l'empresa i de pactar les condicions del conveni. Opcionalment, s'ofereixen programes complementaris, seminaris, activitats de treball en xarxa i un curs taller de logística SSS a bord d'un creuer Barcelona-Roma entre els mesos de març i abril del 2024. |
