Objectives and competences
The postgraduate course will provide you with the necessary knowledge to interpret the current environment in which communicators carry out their work, taking advantage of the transformation of the consumer for the benefit of the dissemination of the corporate message. To achieve this, students are provided with a wide range of channels and media that allow them to develop strategies in the fields of social media, public relations and digital marketing. Participants also learn digital campaign analytics techniques to be able to bring added value to their professional work and be able to explain the results to the management team.

Objectives
- Know how to contextualize the impact of communication on the business model to generate income, and to understand the effect of communication on the business strategy and the company's reputation.
- To ensure solid economic, social and cultural knowledge to develop professional tasks, with a focus on new relational models, innovation, co-creation and collaborative consumption.
- Acquire the resources and knowledge required to analyse, interpret and transform data into valuable information to justify the investment and to offer a clear vision of the fulfilment of the professional's task.
- To know how to align external and internal communication strategies and include employees as influencers for the brand or institution.
- To understand the new models of talent management and establish selection processes to incorporate people who collaborate to transform organizations.
