Objectives and competences
This is a UB-specific master's degree that focuses on the efforts made to date by national and international organizations of the field. The programme includes online training and optional face-to-face practical sessions in a prestigious centre. Participants will have an opportunity to learn and exchange knowledge with classmates, experts, tutors and staff of the centres.

Objectives and competences
Objectives
- To foster the interpersonal and leadership relationships required to ensure success in the management of donor programmes at hospitals and related organizations.
- To be familiar with the entire donation and transplantation process through active participation in the healthcare, teaching and research activities performed the assigned centre.
- To be familiar with and know how to apply educational methods in future training actions for other healthcare professionals.
- To be familiar with and develop tools for outreach on the topic of donation and transplantation in society through informative actions.

- Health professionals who currently work or would like to work in the development of programmes for the coordination and organization of transplants, particularly in the area of donations, at national, regional or local level.- Other professional profiles related to organ donation and transplantation.
Access requirements and conditions
