Objectives
- To plan and apply actions in the functional areas of supply chain management, supply, stock management, storage design and management, production planning and programming, physical distribution, transportation and inverse logistics.
- To acquire the skills needed to achieve smart and sustainable purchasing. Purchasing management as a source of profitability aligned with the business strategy.
- To design and define a warehouse and be familiar with the best applicable technological innovations.
- To be able to select, implement and use a warehouse management system.
- To use lean manufacturing tools and apply them to improve the efficiency of the company.
- To carry out the management of this area with technological innovation and sustainability criteria in mind.
- To develop executive soft skills and apply them in supply chain management.
