Objectives
- To acquire a comprehensive view of the techniques and procedures of health planning and management and research.
- To deepen knowledge of economic aspects, health policy, leadership, resources, quality and clinical safety involved in processes of health management and administration.
- To develop skills in cross-cutting instruments in the management of any health organization.
