Objectives and competences
The objectives of this postgraduate course is to provide the techniques, strategies and intervention models necessary for the implementation of pharmacy services and programmes in healthcare settings; to learn the means to establish effective communication with patients, with pharmacists at the same or another level of care and with other healthcare professionals; and to develop multidisciplinary collaboration programmes in planning treatment approaches for the most prevalent chronic diseases.
