Objectives and competences

The emergence of disruptive technologies is transforming health services, improving citizens' quality of life, but also optimizing the way we manage public and private health ecosystems. The main objective of the master's degree is to create a group of workers who build a bridge between health and technology and who can respond to social challenges related to health, through development and implementation of empirically based digital solutions.

- To provide students with the necessary tools, methods, legal framework and technological expertise of the health ecosystem to develop and implement patient-centric digital solutions.
- To focus solutions on current societal needs while developing new business opportunities.

Recommended applicant profile

- Professionals in the area of medicine, health management, the social and heath sector, pharmacy, biology and other life sciences disciplines who are interested in digital transformation.
- Professionals in the area of computer science, telecommunications, electronics or mathematics with experience in digital transformation of health or an interest in refocusing their career on the area of eHealth.
- Professionals from insurance and pharmaceutical companies who need to adapt to disruptive technologies to become more competitive and/or create new business models.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
