Objectives and competences

This course has been designed to address agile team leadership effectively. The program combines agile methodologies, behaviour analysis with the ETBO method, and leadership skills. Through this training you will acquire greater self-knowledge and understanding of the team. You will receive personalized follow-ups with the use of specific tools and practices to empower teams in the BANI environment which is characterized by being fragile, anxious, non-linear and incomprehensible. With the achievement of the two modules it will be possible to apply for the certification issued and managed by the company ETBO.

Objectives

- Encourage the development of skills related to the effective management of agile teams and agile leadership. - Acquire skills and techniques for observing behaviours that favour the success of a team. - Learn about agile work frameworks and innovation tools. - Acquire and in-depth knowledge of ETBO team roles and their associated behaviours. - Training of skills and competencies that promote cohesion and team management.

Recommended applicant profile

- Professionals in the area of people, talent and human resources. Both graduates and non-graduates or graduates.
- People who can prove experience in relation to leadership or responsibility of groups and/or teams in any field or discipline.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
