Objectives
- Train in consultancy skills, the analysis of teams and the development of people and teams.
- Learn to assess the productivity and performance of teams.
- To learn to apply team development methodologies.
- Increase social-emotional abilities and skills and task leadership.

Recommended applicant profile
- Graduates of the postgraduate course in Group Analysis and Leadership or the master's degree or postgraduate course in Self-Leadership and Group Leadership.- Professionals or academics with accredited training in the field of groups and leadership of teams, and people with related qualifications.
Access requirements and conditions
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.Pre-enrolment
