Objectives and competences

Its purpose is to equip students from different disciplines of the social sciences with the tools they need to better understand the operation of the autonomous state as well as those who work as or with professionals in the field of public law. The multidisciplinary approach of the course ensures that students receive rigorous and thorough training that covers topics related to the autonomous model and the common guidelines for the basic institutional organization of the autonomous communities. This includes essential regulatory aspects of their financing, areas of jurisdiction, and alternative models of political decentralization.

Graduates or diploma holders in law or other branches of the social sciences, lawyers, legal operators, civil servants and public administration employees, students of the Master's Degree in Law and other official master's degree programmes.
