Objectives and competences
This course is intended for teaching staff at dual training centres and for tutors and coordinators of in-company professional placements. It aims to provide students with basic knowledge on dual training (conceptual and methodological components). The course's theoretical-practical approach toward understanding dual training makes it extremely useful to the target student population.

Objectives
- To acquire knowledge and know-how on managing dual training systems.
Specific objectives:
- To recognize and master the practice of dual training teaching and mentoring.
- To recognize and apply the legislation and organization related to dual training.
- To recognize and apply dual training instruments.
- To recognize the key components and draft a Training Plan. - To master the use of subject transferability and transdisciplinarity.
- To acquire the communication skills needed to effectively interact with all training stakeholders (families, staff, companies, local institutions).

Teachers from vocational training centres at all levels, vocational guidance counsellors, teaching coordinators, school or company directors, professional placement coordinators and tutors, pre-service teachers.Access requirements and conditions
